How do I cancel or withdraw from the SPARTA scholarship?

If a scholar withdraws from the scholarship, all progress in his/her course is voided. Should s/he wish to continue, s/he would need to re-apply again. Also, s/he might not get preference to participate in future other upskilling programs by the partner agencies.

To fully withdraw from your scholarship, kindly write a withdrawal letter addressed to the following:

  • ALAN S. CAJES, PhD
Senior Executive Fellow and SPARTA Project Lead
    Development Academy of the Philippines
  • JAMES DIMACULANGAN
    Chief Executive Officer
    Coursebank

The letter should explain your reason for withdrawal, should be in PDF format, and make sure your signature is included.

Submit your letter through the Learner Support Request Form.

A representative will contact you once your request has been received and another email will be sent to notify you of the request status.
